Ethiopiaag.org is the information hub for USAID's Agribusiness and Trade Expansion Program, an aggressive, market-led effort designed to energize four industry sectors in Ethiopia - coffee; hides, skins and leather; oilseeds; and horticulture. Jumpstarting these sectors will increase sales and incomes for thousands of Ethiopian farmers, processors and traders and increase employment throughout the country. The program is funded by USAID and implemented by Fintrac, a US-based agriculture consulting firm, in conjunction with an array of partners including Auburn University, Boot Consulting Company, the Economic Competitiveness Group, Manchester Trade, Rainforest Alliance, and numerous Ethiopian private and public-sector organizations.
